Video Monkey

Video Monkey is a Mac application developed using the source code of VisualHub, and as such it provides almost exactly the same conversion options as its predecessor does.

For now, it is only possible to convert files that are compatible with the main Apple devices (iPod, iPhone, iPod Touch and Apple TV), but soon this will be extended to include other formats.

However, Video Monkey does allow you to modify conversion features such as the encoding process you want to use and the quality of the resulting video. You can also decide what you want the program to do when it finishes a project: shut down the computer, add the files to iTunes, open the destination folder, and so on.
